Who Is Monico?
I'm asoftware consultant, with myLLCbased out of Georgetown, TX, USA. Boring ðĨą.
ð More important is that I recently (Summer of 2023) became a bonafide, pickleball addict! ð ðĪŠ
I'm currently (Fall 2025) a 3.4+ DUPR, recreational player.
What's more, like many of you might experience (unless I can help ð), my journey wasn't smooth. I made every mistake in the book:
- Bought the wrong paddle (multiple times)
- Developed bad habits from YouTube videos that contradicted each other (from my beginner's perspective)
- Got stuck at around the 3.0 level for eight frustrating months
- Committed embarrassing court etiquette faux pas (sorry to everyone I accidentally hit with errant shots)
- ...and many more!
